Minimum Order Amount

Minimum order amount via our internet shop is 50,00 Euro's.

Right to change or cancel your order

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order with us within 7 days of receiving your products for a full refund. If you want to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your products we will refund the price you have paid for the products.

You may return any goods you buy from us, for any reason. This gives you an opportunity to check the goods are suitable, similar to when you buy goods from our physical retail stores.

To take advantage of this right to cancel your order you must let us know in writing within 7 days of receiving your products and return them in the same condition that you received them. You must return the products:

You can send back the goods delivered to you within 7 days, the first day of this 7-day term being the day after the day on which you received the goods. All costs and risks associated with sending back the goods is for the customer.

Consequences of returning the goods:

In case goods sent back by you are damaged (either by handling of you or damage during shipment) Cashmere de Luxe will charge a reasonable fee to you. This does not apply to loss of value that may occur due to trying the goods as it would be happen in our physical shops.

Your order will be revised and or rejected when the applicable tax region and delivery address do not match.
